Payments Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your account or credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Credit card processing is handled securely through Authorize.net.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuation at the discretion of Mondial Industries. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions. We may cancel or refuse an order that is placed with any errors.

Taxes

We collect sales tax on all orders that ship to an address within the state of Ohio. Taxes are calculated at your county’s rate. For all other orders, tax is the responsibility of the customer. If you are a tax-exempt organization within Ohio, please contact us to establish your exemption status.

Shipping

Free Ground Shipping

Mondial offers free ground shipping on all online orders to the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground. Allow 1-5 business days for shipping depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates only.

Expedited Shipping

Express shipping is available upon request at an additional charge. Please call (330) 554-5745 for shipping estimates and to order.

How soon will I get my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 1-5 days for free, FedEx Ground shipping. Orders are shipped from the warehouse Monday through Thursday. Do not count Saturdays, Sundays and recognized holidays in your delivery time. Orders placed between Christmas and New Year’s will not be processed until after the New Year.

Shipping Outside the United States

We are unable to accept orders from outside the contiguous United States at this time.

Update Your Address

You can login to your account at mondialind.com at any time to update your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, you cannot change the address. Contact us at (330) 554-5745 to make updates to an order that has processed but has not yet shipped.

Auto-Ship Orders

Auto-Ship Billing

Subsequent auto-ship orders process according to the frequency you select and based on the date of your first order. Your card will be automatically charged every 30, 60, or 90 days (based on your selection) after your initial order. You will be notified that your order is processing and then when it has shipped.

Auto-Ship Shipping

All auto-ship orders are delivered free via FedEx Ground. Orders require 1-3 days for processing and 5-7 days for shipping.
